This system has been established to determine unknown adverse effects of drugs
so that effective action can be undertaken if the cause and effect can be
established. This ADR monitoring program is voluntary and depends on your
co-operation to accurately report adverse drug reactions. A simple online form
is all that needs to be filled and then the matter will be displayed on the website. |
